Not a single area I care fool feels covered by what "Advanced" offers, isntead all I see is bunch of stuff that will just make combat slow down to a boring, insufferable slog that feels more like doing my taxes than cooperating on creating an amazing story together. but when I do it's for things that help evoke certain feel in games like Darkest Dungeon Stress mechanics, Matt Mercer's Corruption Rules, Matthew Coville's Strongholds and Followers, alternative rules to dying to make it more dramatic. Ergo it's most likely quite possible to build a product we'd both be satisfied with, which would involve tackling the present issue.Except that I do have my own issues with 5e and I do look up for additional rulesets. my beefs could be dealt with without you really caring one way or another you'd enjoy both products just the same. If you indeed are happy with a wide variety of different arrangements as I've surmised, then 5e as it stands suits you as well as any potential 5e redesign and thus e.g. Thus, the specific mechanical make-up of certain classes does not factor into your enjoyment of hte game and therefore the whole point of class minutes is something that mostly doesn't concern you. Thus I'm inclined to believe had 5e been more robustly designed you'd still like it and play it just the same, and similarly, if a project redesigned it and fixed the issues brought up in those threads, I'm inclined to believe you'd still find it enjoyable regardless. As it happens, I'm fairly certain it wouldn't matter to you if the classes were different that you're satisfied with the current state of affairs suggests that you'd be satisfied with a wide variety of states of affairs. I'm in no way conveying anything about how real or not real or whatever something is, just who would want to play the game with remade classes (remade to make high level martials more fantastical or more powerful or whatever, mostly). As you probably guessed yourself, that's not at all what I said and I'm terribly sorry if I somehow lead you to believe I would think something like that.
